United Press Association—Copyright (Received March 23, 8.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 23.

The Marine Court found that the wreck of the tug Port Jackson, on February 12th, was due to a flaw- in the machinery, causing a breakdown, exonerated the captain from all blame, and complimented him on his good seamanship in getting the vessel to land. [The tug Port Jackson was totally 'wrecked on the night of February 12th, south of Catherine Hill Bay. The vessel was returning -to Sydney after towing the Manurewa to Newcastle. She ’ran into a southerly blow, broko down, 'and drifted ashore. The crew were 'landed safely. The Port Jackson was built in Dunedin.]
