THURSDAY, THE 19tli DAY OF MAY, 1910, AT 2 P.M.\ Messrs c. b. hoadley & son, Ltd., in conjunction with Messrs .'MjICETY & CO., Ltd., have been instructed to offer for Sale by Public Auction, at the Wool Store of Dalgety and Co., Ltd.,, situate in Read’s Quay, Gisborne, -on THURSDAY, the 19th day of May, 1910, at 2 p.m. — ALL THOSE PARCELS OF FREEHOLD LAND eituate in the Land Registration District of Gisborne, containing together 38,892 acres 1 rood 34 perches, and being the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and which said lands are comprised in Memorandum of Mortgage Registered Number ~10886 and Deed of Mortgage Registered Number 30717, Gisborne Land Registry, subject to the Leases hereinafter in the said Schedule noted, together with any dwellings or other erections thereon, and which said lands are the operty of Henry Cheetham Jackson, of Gisborne, Agent, and Hetekia to Kani Pere, of same place, Aboriginal Native.
