REDUCTION IN CHARGES. [Per Press Association. 1 WELLINGTON. March 30. As outlined in a recent speech by Sir Joseph Ward, this week's ‘“Gazette” will contain a fresh scale of charges for the administration of estates by the Public Trust Office. This scale shows a large reduction, the second within the last six years.
