MR McGOWEN’S DUTY. SYDNEY, Jan. 25
Mr Wade expressed the opinion it was Mr McGowen’s duty to represent the State at the Coronation ceremonies.
COLONIAL TROOPS ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE. (Received Jan. 26, 12.5 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 25. The colonial troops entertainment committee have been re-constituted, with Lord Abereorn as president, and Lord Cheylesmore as organising secretary. It is co-operating with the Colonial Office.
