ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Jan. 26

The number of persons who arrived in New Zealand during last month is 4635, and the number of persons who departed is 2622. For December, 1909, tire figures are: Arrivals 5030, departures 2302. The total number of arrivals for last year is 35,769 and of departures 32,361, compared with 38,650 arrivals and 33,931 departures in 1909.
