The depression in the, Lancashire Cotton Trade lias ended, and there is a, difficulty in securing the operatives necessary for the amount of employment offering. Some experts believe that the Cotton stocks are insufficient to last until the next crop is available, with the possibility of ridiculously inflated prices before September.
