The Union Co.'s Alonowai is expected from Napier to-morrow morning. The launch leaves the ■wharf at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.. ancl the Alonowai should resume her passage to Napier about noon. The Union Co.'s Alokoia. which went north on Wednesday, returns to Gisborne on Sunday afternoon. The Tuatoa will connect on arrival and at 5 p.m., tlie Alokoia sailing for the south during the evening. The Tyscr Co.'s twin-screw liner Star of India arrived from the smith about in a.m. yesterday. She will load produce for London, and is expected to clear this port to-morrow evening. The Anchor Shipping and Foundry Co.'s Waimea, with a load of timber from Greymouth, is clue at Gisborne this morning. 'The Union Co.'s Haupiri. from Auckland. via Fast Coast bays, is due to arrive at this port on Tuesday. The Union Co.'s Squall and Messrs. Richardson and Co.'s Rum ■"• ore still sheltering to the north of the East Cape yesterday. Messrs. Richardson and Co.'s Ripple is to arrive from Napier this morning. After discharging she will return to Wellington. Captain Barnes, of the schooner A-. anui. expects to clear this port for Auckland some time to-day. BY TELEGRAPH. AUCKLAND. Feb. 9.
