EAST COAST ASSOCIATION’S TOURNAMENT.

The annual tournament of the East Coast Polo Association will be commenced at 12.30 p.m. to-day at Hall s paddock, Willow Settlement. the Handicap Cup will be the initial competition, and the first game will be between Mangabeia 11. (scr) v. Man-o-atu (2 o-oals). The second game will be 'Poverty Bay 11. (6 goals) v. Iwiroa (14 goals);.‘and the third game will be tlie final for the Open Cup. Mangabeia I v. Poverty Bay I. To-morrow the final for tlie Handicap Cup will be* commenced at 10 a,m. Entries for the Handicap Cup have been confined to* tlie junior teams, and entries for the* Open Gup to the two senior teams_ inorder to give time to prepare for the championship tournament, which commences on March 3rd.
