EXCITING SCENES OF RESCUE. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] OTTAWA, Feb. 15. A six-storey block at- Winnipeg collapsed, having been weakened by an excavation which was being- done alongside. One woman was killed, but many people were rescued from the top floois amid -great excitement.
