The final race for the Muir Cup betw 'ell crews of the Gisborne RoAving Club took place last evening, and resulted in a Avin for the creAv stroked by Tocker. Curtis’ creAv had the advantage at the start, but at the Roebuck Road bridge Tocker Avas a length ahead, and from there to the footbridge Tocker gained another half-length. Curtis then spurted, and had the lead at the PoA r erty Bay shed. Tocker quickened his stroke, and after a hard race Avon by half a length.
