The Union Co/s Hauniri was expected to leave Wellington at 3 p.m. yesterday for Nanier. She will leave the last-a v >.- ed port for Gisborne at midnight tonight. Cargo will be taken up till noon to-day. The Kaupiri should get away for East Coast bays and Auckland about noon to-morrow. The following'were the local shipments for London per the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co/s Matatua, which sailed for Jjondon direct on Thursday: —Gisborne Sheepfarmers' Co.: 16,010 carcases mutton, 6279 carcases lamb, 923 quarters beef, • -12 crates kidneys, 9,00 bags and shoulders mutton. 151 casks tallow .and pelts, 9 bales wool. Dalgety and Co.: 61 bales wool. Murray, Roberts, and Co.: 62 bales wool. Loan 1 and Mercantile Co.: 55 bales wool. Common, Shelton, and Co.: 236 bales of wool. > The Union Co/s Squall is due here from Auckland on Monday. T ; The auxiliary schooner KaeoMs timed to take her departure for East Coast ports and Auckland this-morning - . Messrs. Richardson and Co/s Fanny is to leave Napier for Gisborne to-morrow, and is due here on Monday morning. Messrs. Richardson -ana Co/s Ripple, from the soiith, arrived at the wharf about 9 a.m. yesterday. She berthed at the town wharf, managing to/ avoid the silt bank, and proceeded to discharge. The chief items of her cargo were 2500 . posts and 300 sheep. The - sheep were consigned to Messrs. Common. Shelton, and Co.. Williams and Kettle. Ltd.. Dalgety and Co., and the N.Z. Loan Co. She loaded general cargo, and proceeded late last evening to Picton. On arrival at that Dort she will load chaff for Gisborne and then proceed to Wellington. She is expected to leave Wellington for Napier and Gisborne on Tuesday.' •?;
