February. 13th, 1911. 2. FLYING HANDICAP, of 50 sovs,; second horse to receive 5 sovs. from the stake. Distance six furlongs. Winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to be re-handicapped. Nomination 205., acceptance 20s. 3. FIRST WELTER HANDICAP, of 35 sovs.; second horse to receive 5 sovs. from the stake. Minimum weight Bst. Distance seven furlongs. Entrance fee 205., to close on Monday, February 13th. 4. DISTRICT RACE HANDICAP, of 50 sovs.; second horse to receive 10 sovs. from the stake. The horse and nominator (who must be the owner) must have been owned and trained in the district from the 24th of November immediately prior to the race. HICK DEFINITION.--No horse shall be eligible to start in a “Hack” Race which has won a race to the value of 100 sovs., or races of the collective value of 250 sovs. at the time of nomination.
