LORD WGT.VERHAMPTON.

[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT., (Received Feb. 26, 5.5 p.m) LONDON, Feb. 25. The. death of Lord Wolverhampton is announced.

[Viscount Wolverhampton, formerly Sir Henry Hartley Fowler, was Undersecretary of the’ Home Department, 1884-5, Secretary to the Treasury 1886, President. Local Government Board 1892-4, and Secretary for India, 1894-5. He represented East Wolverhampton in the House of Commons from 1880 to 1903, and was Lord President pf the Council 1908-10.' He was in his 81st year.]
