FRUITGROWERS’ LABORERS ON STRIKE. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPTRIGHT.3 ADELAIDE, Feb. 25. Fruitgrowers’ laborers remain (n strike, and the growers declare they would do their own harvesting. The butchers now refuse to supply them with meat. One baker supplying bread has been black-listed by the union. The men have declined the services of the Federal Arbitration Court as being too expensive. They also state that there is no finality, as the masters- always fight the Court’s jurisdiction. IMPORTANT DECISION OVERRULED. LONDON, Feb. 25. The Court of Appeal over-ruled' Mr Justice Warrington*s decision, which justified the Railwaymen’s Society in expelling Mr Osborne. LITHGOW STRIKERS STILL OUT. SYDNEY, Feb. 25. The Lithgow engine-drivers and firemen rejected the masters’ terms of settlement. Collectors are waiting on business people for subscriptions on behalf of the strikers’ families. LITHGOW STRIKE SETTLED. (Received Feb. 27, 12.50 a.m.) : SYDNEY, Feb. 26. The Lithgow strike lias been settled, after a conference between Mr. Hoskings and three Labor Parliamentarians. SOUTH WALES MINERS’ FEDERATION. (Received Feb. 26, 5.5 p.m) LONDON. Feb. 25. The executive of the South Wales Miners’ Federation lias resolved on a further levy of a shilling a month.. It is estimated that the Cambrian mines and other current strikes cost the Federation £150,000.
