A ballast train at Blackbutt station stuvek a staging on which men wore working, knocking it down. Two trucks were derailed, and two men, Thomas Love and Daniel .McDonald, were killed. DISEASE AMONG HORSES. PERTH, Feb. 27. Eight horses have died from cerebrofq/nud meningitis at- Menaar, Northern TVtj id. They are the first cases that have occurred in Australia.
