A PROTEST FROM GERMANY. THREAT OP A COUNTER MOVEMENT. [UNITEB PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRTGUT.J (Received March 7, 12.50 a.m.) BERLIN. March 7. The; “Berliner Tageblatt” protests against the conversion of the “All-Bri-tish shopping week” into a weapon against German trade. The paper declares that Germany, if she desires, can call into existence a counter movement excluding British manufactures. Thei paper also calls upon Bradford, Manchester, and Huddersfield to energetically oppose the boycott of German goods.
