Mail’s” Vigo correspondent reports that Royalist revolts have occurred at Arcos, Northern Portugal, as the result of violent speeches against the monarchy and the clergy. A mob marched to the Town Hall, and lowered the Republican flag. They elected 1 a provisional government and spent the night in feasting. The Republic sent troops and restored order and also deposed the local authorities.
