DARGAVILE, March 19

At the Catholic Convent School concert la*st night, Father Zanna referred to the need there was for the Government providing State aid to Catholi schools. He said that so long as their just claim and right demand for State aid for their schools was denied to them, so long must they have recourse to such means as charitable entertainments, in order to provide some addition to the paltry salary of £25 each which was ail the Sisters of Mercy received.
