A LETTER FROM MR. REDMOND. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.J (Received March 19. 5 p.m.) LONDON, March 18. ' Mr Wm. Redmond, in an article in “Reynolds’s Newspaper,” cites tlie granting of autonomy to Alsace and Lorraine; also the existence in Germany of 25 autonomous States. He adds: “Our own colonial experience, especially the latest instance in South Africa, has convinced one that the time is near when the successful working of Home Rule for Ireland wiJl.be taken as a matter of course.”
