Perhaps the energy and enthusiasm concentrated in obtaining votes against licenses might more profitably be directed less against the licensed traffic than against- the liquor itself. New Zealand’s experience suggests that at all events the people of the Dominion have not- yet arrived at a solution of the drink question.
