(Received! March 22, 12.25 a.m.) LISBON, March 21. As a protest against the shooting of two strikers, a general strike has been ordered. The bulk of the workers refused to join. The newspapers are not being published. The rioters attacked the trams, and the Republican l Guard charged with drawn swords and dispersed them. Many arrests were made, including all the strike leaders. There was a public demonstration in the streets against the strikers.
