AN UNSATISFACTORY POSITION. r UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION-COPYEIGHT. j BERLIN, March 27. Herr Weachter, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in the Reichstag, said the situation in Portugal was unsatisfactory regarding private property and the expulsion of German nuns and other Germans. Representations which had been made bad been resultless, and the Government was considering further action.
