A TURKISH LOAN.

RAISED IN GERMANY. A Berlin cablegram of March 21st, states that subscriptions for a Turkrsh loan of approximately £6,500,000 opened on that day and immediately closed, having been heavily over-subscribed. The loan, Avhich it is understod is chiefly for tlie development of tlie Turkish army and navy, Avas taken up by a syndicate of German and Austrian banks, including the Rothschilds.
