PROPOSAL FOR DISSOLUTION. (.United press association--copyright} SYDNEY, April 5. A meeting of colliery proprietors further discussed the question of dissolving the ccal vend. It is nderstood that considerable tension exists over the matter, the opponents contending that a dissolution means the introduction of a cut-t p hroat policy, which will seriously affect the coal trade.
