ST. PETERSBURG, March 27. Politicians here are amazed, at M. Stolypin’s assumption of .dictatorial functions, and the situation looks like developing into the gravest political crisis. . , The residence of . the deposed Minister, M. Durdriovo, is becoming the centre of political revolt, and an effort is being made to unite both Chambers and all parties against the Administration.
