... -«gt» GUMDIGGER FOUND DEAD. IPEK PRESS ASSOCIATION.J AUCKLAND, April 7. Matthew O’Hara, aged 58, a gumdigger, was found dead in a whare at Riverhead yesterday. He had been very ill for weeks, but had no medical attention. An inquest is being held today. FATAL KICK. FROM A HORSE. HAWERA, April 7. Con. Boyle died in the hospital on Thursday from injuries received as the result of a kick in the abdomen from a horse on Sunday last. Deceased was popular among sporting people. CHILD KILLED BY A CART. DUNEDIN, April 7. Robert Stevens, six years of age, was killed last evening, being run over by a- cart in the North-East alley At the inquest this morning, a verdict of accidental death was returned, no blame being attachable to anyone.
