Mr Mic Kenna, First. Lord of the Admiralty, expressed unqualified (regret, and finally agreed that Lord Mersey should fix the amount of compensation and law costs. Mr. Ramsay # Macdonald protested against the sitting being devoted to the Archer Shee case.* Mr O’Grady was called to order for terming the debate a damned scandal'. [Young Archer Shee, a naval college cadet, was accused of stealing a jiostal order, and expelled. It was afterwards proved that he was not guilty.]
