AUCKLAND CRIMINAL SITTINGS. [PEE PEESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, April 10. At the Supreme Court, William Geo. Shaw. ■ aged 20, charged with forgery and uttering pleaded that, the money was a.s much his as it was that of the man whose name lie forged. He was admitted to probation for two years. Frank Muller, aged 27, formerly of the United States Navy, was charged with assault, and causing actual baddy harm at Hamilton, and was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment. Karle Laor, a foreign seaman, admitted stabbing anr other sailor with a knife, and was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
