(Received A mil 11. 8.55 p.m) LONDON. April 11. The Executive Council of the South '•Vales Miners’ Federation, Air. W. Brace. ALP., presiding, declined to convene another general conference to discuss the Cambrian combine strike, and expressed sincere regret that the representatives of the Miners’ Federation' of Britain were subjected to discourteous treatment when visiting the Rhondda Valley iii' an endeavor to effect a settlement "of the Cambrian trouble.
