PRICE OF AIEAT RAISED AT DUNEDIN. L'PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.! DUNEDIN, April 12. A meeting of master butchers was held at the Burnside cattle yards to-day to consider the advisability of increasing the price of meat owing to the increased price of stock, and it was decided to increase the present prices _by from Hi to Id per lb. It ‘is iust possible that a further rise may be required later on.. A REOHABITE VISITOR. NEAY PLYMOUTH, April 12. Air. AY. C. Churchill, Past High Chief Ruler in the Rocha bite Order, accompanied by Bro. W. J, Gaudin, District Chief Ruler of the New Zealand Central District, visited New Plymouth today and was entertained by the local Tent and representatives of various kindred societies. In the evening he delivered an address on the work of the Order to a fair attendance.
