Means Committee of the Lower House reports on the Farmers’ Free List Bill, recommending a far-reaching reduction of tariffs in commodities that farmers require. BOMB OUTRAGE—THREE LIVES LOST. (Received April 21, 1 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 20. A bomb outrage is reported, from Chicago. A bomb was exploded under a liquor dealer’s wholesale warehouse. It killed three and injured twenty of the occupants.
