'The ' Portuguese steamer Lusitania ran on the rocks during the moon light, and was crippled at the bow and otherwise damaged. All hands were in confusion, but there was no panic, 250 natives behaving admirably. Some Europeans rushed the boats before the women and children were comfortably stowed. The women were scantily clad, some only in blankets and cloaks. They landed in a famished condition. The fog made rescue difficult. Three persons were drowned. The Lusitania sank. STORM AND WRECKS IN BLACK SEA. SEBASTOPOL, April 20. There is a great storm in the Black Sea. There have been many wrecks.
