NO WELCOME FROM DUBLIN.

TO THE KING AND QUEEN. The Dublin Corporation has rejected, by 42 votes to 9, a proposaL for the presentation of an address of welcome to the King and Queen in the occasion of their visit to Ireland. It is thought quite likely that this action will lead to the abandonment of their Majesties’ Irish tour. The King's advisers iu Ireland say that the corporation's vote may be considered a fair index to public sentiment. The corporation professes no personal bitterness towards the King and Queen, but it feels that it cannot welcome them officially until Home Rule is granted.
