Independent bands of rebels are out pillaging. Twenty-five Federals were killed at Magdalena. Horrible atrocities are reported from Southern California. Rebels are ini full possession of Ticote. killing everyone caught. Already five persons have been shot and two houses burned. Two American miners were murdered in Sonora County.
