(Received May 11, 7.40 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 11
The Full Court has reserved judgment in an important case arising out of the late local option poll. At the 1907 election, the Leichhardt electors voted reduction, and at last election they voted continuance. Tlxe point at issue is whether the last vote nullified the previous vote, thus giving the hotels voted out in 1907, the right to keep open. The case is a test one, and altogether T 72 hotels are affected, representing property valued at nearly £IOO,OOO.
