Sir Wilfried Laurier in the House of Commons announced that Canada and New Zealand are ready to contribute their share towards an al 1-Red; route, but awaited Britain’s and Australia’s action. He said he understood than Australia was not ready yet, but hoped for a definite result from discussion thereon at the Imperial Conference.
