Mr Kettle, SvM., • gave a reserved judgment in the ease of a breach of an award, holding that a penalty coukl be on forced against the bankrupt, though the action would be against til© creditors. He agreed that it was important •legislation should bo .provided to meet such cases. He fixed the fine at £5, and costs 7s.
