THE RUGBY GAME. POVERTY BAY RUGBY UNION. The Management Committee of the Poverty Bay Rugby Union.. met test' evening. Present: Messrs H. E. Maude (chairman), EL L. Maude, W. Howard, A. R. Gat-land, W. S. Coleman, Y. Somervell, and ,D. Cowan (secretary). It was decided that till© Kaiti-City v. Y.M.O.A. match be played on No. 1 ground., and the United —-Y.M.P. match no No .2 ground on, the ,Bcur.!ain on Saturday. . The junior matches will be.: —Garrison v. Y.M.P. on- No. 1 ground, and KaitiCity v. United on, No. 2 ground. , In connection With itho Schools’ competitionl, To Hapara were admitted, and were drawn to meet Mamganapa at 9.45 a.m. at the Domain on Saturday. The remaining matches, Ivaiti v. Malraruka and Waerenga-a-hi'k'a v. Cosbo-unei will be played on the Domain at 10.45 a.m. on the same day. The secretary having tendered Ins resignation, the -uesltioin- of filling the vacancy was held over till next meeting. TO-MORROW’S MATCHES. The team to represent the Kaiti-City juniors in their match against United at 1.45 on Saturday, will be selected from- the • following: —McDonell, Morrell, Poswillo, Beniamin, Oman, Winter, Jones, McConnell, Ward, McLean, Huston, Danville. Corbett. Smale, Pirie, Lament, Johnson, Haughie. Wilkinson, and Stubbs. The above are requested to attend a practice to be held at the Domain on Friday at 5.15 p.m., and also to be on the ground at 1.30 sharp on Saturday. The following will represent the Garrison Juniors against Y.M.P. at the Domain at 1.45 p.m. on Saturday: Bloomfield, Somervell, Wildish, Porteous, -Stitchbury, Whitfield, Crosby, Bean, Mclntyre, Porter, Quinn, Lloyd, Clark, Harford, Brown, Gordon and Charles. The team to represent Garrison thirds in: their match against Y.M.O.A. at 3 o’clock on Saturday at the Park, will be selected from the following:—Atkinson, E. Bloomfield, East, W. Dennett. R.
