NAVAL AIRSHIP WORKS 1 . CLOSED

Every effort is being ma’de to keep spies from discovering any of the secrets of Britain’s airship works. During Coronation celebrations the naval shipbuilding yards at Barrow-on-Furness will be thrown open' to visitors, but the airship factory will be carefully guarded from prying eyes. Several machines are being repaired there, and! there will be a poor air-show at 'the naval review.

The Clement Bayard dirigible, which has not been tried since it returned from France, is the only Government dirigible intact.
