UPER PRESS ASSOCIATION. j WELLINGTON, May 24., An unusual case was before the [Magistrate this morning, when an employer sought to obtain a prohibition order against an employee on the ground that the latter met with an, accident some time ago, and l his drinking habits were retarding his recovery. The Magistrate considered the evidence did not show that defendant drank to excess, and dismissed the application.
