The annual meeting unanimously adopted a resolution advocating the building of a third armoured cruiser annually until 1917.

The president, Admiral Von Koester, stated that Britain had forty armoured cruisers, of which tAventy-nine had a speed of tAventy-three knots, or upward, and the sloAvest, with a speed of twentyone, would take fifth place in the German Navy.
