Smith, an Englishman, fell 150 feet, and was killed at the opening day of aviation week. Mr. Smith s bride witnessed the catastrophe. A FATAL OMISSION. - (Received May 29, 9.30 p.m.) BT. PETERSBURG, May 28. Mr -Smith omitted' to slow down liig 75-h.p. motor. His body was completely buried in the soft soil.
