ENTERTAINMENTS.

ROLLER SKATING

There was a very large crowd present at the Garrison Hall skating rink last night, when the Roller Skating Company resumed their popular night sessions, and skating was kept going with great vim for the usual two hours. As usual the toboggans were greatly sought after both by the ladies and gentlemen, and their performances were most interesting to .watch, as many are now most expert and daring, while surmounting these obstacles. The manager again allowed the men their ten minutes on the toboggans, much to the enjoyment of the crowd, who could not have enough of it, and applauded the amusing turns, especially when the usual bold beginner brought down a heap of skaters. Today is a big day for the rink on, account of the half-day, and holiday sessions will be held both this afternoon and evening. As before, the toboggans will be used, and -the full staff present at both sessions.
