AUTOMATIC TELEPHONES.
A NEW COMPANY FORMED

(Received June S, 8.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 8. An automatic telephone company has been formed with a. capital of £250,000 to purchase the Australasian agency of t-lie Automatic Electric Company of Chicago.
The company anticipates a saving of over _ fifty per centum in telephone working.
