In connection with the grand review at the Cossovo battlefield, the Sultan, following tlie early Caliph’s example, proposes to lead the devotions at a gigantic prayer assembly of four hundred thousand troopis and civilians in order to establish a reunion of the various Mohammedan nationalities.
