HAYTIAN REVOLT.
DAILY BECOMING MORE SERIOUS. REBELS GIVING FEDERALS A BAD TIME. The West Indian republic of Hayti is still in the throes of the revolution started a month ago against the Government of President Symon. Advices received report that 'the insurrection is daily becoming more serious. Several sharp engagements have been fought lately, and in each instance the rebels gave the Federal troops a bad time.
