[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.] (Received June 15, 8.20,p.m.) SYDNEY, June 15. Tlie French mail steamer Pacifique arrived from Noumea under convoy of the warship Kersaint. The Pacifique struck a reef just before leaving and damaged her steering gear. She will be put in dock at Sydney. The warship convoyed her as a precautionary measure.
