NAVAL AND MILITARY CADETS.
SPECIAL COURSE OF INSTRUCTION. TO FIT THEM FOR WAR, AGAINST JAPAN. \ Nearly 200 midshipmen who graduated recently at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and whom it is proposed to create ensigns as soon as possible, received, during their last year’s course, a special trailing that will particularly fit them for service in any war against Japan. It is understood that cadets at W ofi t Point Military Academy received a similar course of instruction as affecting land fighting.
