ITS GREATEST BLOT.
CRITICISM BY MR. WADE
[UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYEIGHT. In the Assembly Mr. Wade continued the debate, on the second reading of the Arbitration Bill. He declared that the greatest blot in the Bill was the Government proposal to drastically punish trades if they registered under the Act. They would * not punish them if they were unregistered. The ringleaders of strikes should be punished more heavily than the men who were misled. The Bill proposed to treat them similarly.
