Mr. Justice Grantham, speaking at Newcastle, and referring to Mr. Winston Churchill’s recent utterances, said that, judges would be prepared to go to prison rather than to obey the dictates, he would not say of an unscrupulous Minister, hut of a Minister .who. might make unfounded charges against judges.
